Age Regression
Thoughts, feelings, reactions and emotions that are impacting negatively in your life may be the result of beliefs formed in your childhood.
As children we can often misunderstand or misinterpret situations through a lack of experience and lack of knowledge.
A child can easily interpret comments differently to how they were intended. A harsh comment made by a stressed out parent, or a comment that was meant to be a joke, may cut deeply on the child's psyche, causing a negative belief to be formed.
Once those beliefs become ingrained in the subconscious mind, they then guide our behaviour and day to day actions, and become part of our self-image.
Powerful changes occur when we look at these childhood beliefs, from our current, adult perspective, and find that the situation wasn't as we had believed it to be.
We are able to re-examine these beliefs, through the process of Age Regression therapy.
During Age Regression therapy, you enter a very relaxed and calm state. At all times you remain aware of what is happening around you and you remain in complete control of your actions.
